Benita Yevette Yowe, First Lady
Benita
Yevette Yowe, is a native of Cordele, Georgia and
the wife of Reverend Antwion Yowe. They have six beautiful
children (Christopher, Vascorey, Devin, Nardica, Jeffery,
and William).
Mrs. Yowe is a graduate of Albany State University, Georgia
Southern University, and Valdosta State University.
She has been in the educational field for more than 15
years. She is a past elementary school teacher with the
Camden County and Crisp County School Systems. She joined
the Albany Technical College family in July of 2007as an
instructor in the Early Childhood Care and Education
Department and continues to serve as an adjunct faculty
member.
She is the 1st Lady of the Reedy River Missionary Baptist
Church. Sister Yowe is known as many things, but wants
everyone to know her as a compassionate and humble
individual who is willing to serve.
