TRUSTEE MINISTRY

The Trustee Ministry holds the title to the property of the church and is responsible for the church's financial affairs and the upkeep of the property.  The Trustee Ministry is responsible for the development and administration of the church budget.

The Church Clerk is responsible for keeping the following information:
               - Minutes of all church meetings
               - Membership roll
The Church Clerk is also responsible for all other duties deemed necessary by the Church.

It is the duty of the Church Secretary to assist the clerk in any of the responsibilities assigned to the office.

The Church Accountant is responsible for producing and keeping the following information:
                - Financial records
                - Government reports
